She started out as a newly qualified dental nurse, having passed her National Qualification in Dental Nursing in 2003.
Within this role, she enjoyed a mix of nursing and administration but ultimately wanted to push herself further within the business. She went on to study Dental Practice Management in her spare time and gained her qualification in 2017, taking over the role the same year.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys long country walks and spending time with her family.
