- Using 10% gel, fill the whole tray if you are whitening all the teeth at once, or if you are concentrating on the darkened tooth, fill just the reservoir relating to that tooth.
- Place the gel syringe at the bottom of the cavity within the tooth and fill it with gel. Then, place the prepared tray straight over your teeth.
You may need someone to help you the first few times, as it can be tricky to see what is happening. You can whiten more frequently daily for 2/3 hours at a time, as the darkened tooth has no nerve.
