Simon qualified in 1992 at King's College Dental School, London, and joined Priory House Dental Centre in 1995 after postgraduate training in various hospital posts. He became a partner in 1998. Simon firmly believes in postgraduate education and attained his FDS RCS (1997) and DRDP (2006). He has also undertaken implant training and patients at Priory House can now benefit from his expertise in this field. Married with a young family, Simon's outside interests include fishing and skiing.

Gethin HowellPARTNER
Gethin Howell

A former flying dentist for the Australian hospital service, Gethin joined Priory House in 2008. The Welsh-born rugby enthusiast took his dental degree in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, then Stockton to complete his postgraduate training. With 20 years in general practice, and a part time position at St Georges' Hospital Restorative Department which has lead to a great interest in preventative, minimally invasive dentistry. This is combined with more traditional restorative work, bonding, and cosmetic dentistry. He is married and has a daughter and twin boys. An enthusiastic communicator Gethin belives strongly in discussing treatments and giving patients choice.

Dr Gauri Patel

Gauri qualified from Birmingham Dental Hospital in 2011 and joined Priory House in 2016. She completed her Vocational Training in general practice in the West Midlands before joining a practice in North London where she undertook further training to gain membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgeons with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. In her spare time Gauri enjoys running, playing the piano and baking.

Debbie TopleyDebbie Topley

Debbie Topley, will be joining us in January 2022. She will be covering Mrs Gauri Patels patients during her maternity leave. Debbie is the wife of our longstanding partner Simon Topley.
Debbie has over 20 years’ experience working in general practice and until recently was working at a practice in East Grinstead, where she had worked since 1999. She enjoys fitness and baking.

Dr Vignesh Mohan

Vignesh qualified from King's College London and then went on to complete his vocational training in Horsham, West Sussex. Vignesh is a firm believer in minimally invasive and ethical dentistry. He has a particular interest and empathy with anxious patients, and ensures that he carefully explains all treatment options with his patients and makes the treatment as comfortable as possible. Vignesh is a member of the British Dental Association and of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. 
In his spare time, Vignesh enjoys going gym, playing sports and travelling the world as much as possible.

Steve qualified as a dentist from Guy’s dental hospital in 1998. This was followed by posts in oral surgery, restorative dentistry, orthodontics and general dental practice. He then decided to specialise and trained as a specialist endodontist at Guy’s Hospital, London and gained a Masters in clinical dentistry with distinction. His four year specialist training was completed with a membership in restorative dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons. Steve has gained extensive endodontic training and is registered as a specialist in endodontics with the General Dental Council. He now spends his time in practice limited to endodontics and also teaches, and mentors other dentists to help improve their endodontic skills. At Priory house we use surgical microscopes and other digital equipment to ensure that the endodontic treatment provided is to a high standard.

Roy graduated as a doctor in dental surgery from St-Joseph university of Beirut in 1994. His passion for Orthodontics and smile aesthetics led him to complete a three year full time program in Orthodontics and dento-facial orthopaedics at the University of Lille in France where he obtained his university diploma in 1998 (DU ODF,majeur de promotion).
In 2001, Roy added to his qualification a certificate of higher studies in orthodontics (CES.B).
We are very excited to be able to add Roy to our team. His extensive experience of fixed, removable, lingual and aligners treatments will bring new scope and options to the patients of Priory House. He has a confident, positive manner, which will put you at ease.

Dipali qualified from Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ Dental School, London, in 2000 with distinction. She achieved her MSc in 2006, Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) and MClinDent (Master of Clinical Dentistry) in 2008, all with distinction.
Dipali is an exceptionally meticulous periodontist, who splits her time between specialist practices and has been involved in the training of undergraduate and post graduate students at Guy’s Hospital as a Specialist Clinical Teacher, as well as lecturing to GDPs. Dipali accepts referrals for surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatment including gingival grafts for recession, crown lengthening and gingival recontouring.

Wail is a Specialist Prosthodontist. He provides general dental care for a broad patient base and, as a Specialist Prosthodontist, is especially skilled in the replacement of missing teeth, the restoration of natural teeth and in complicated and simple restorations of the whole mouth.
Wail trained at King’s College Hospital Dental School, London and went on to complete an MSc degree in Conservative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Hospital, London where he taught thereafter as a clinical lecturer. Wail went on to teach at the International Centre for Excellence in Dentistry on the Implant Certificate Course. He is a member of the International Team for Implantology for whom he is a clinical lecturer.
